Concert Sponsorship Amenities

$3,000 – Bravo Concert Sponsor – A Bravo Sponsorship is a sponsorship generally shared by five entities.  Bravo sponsors receive the amenities listed below:

• Listing on the Sponsor Thank You Page in the Season Program Booklet.
• Listing under the appropriate monetary level on the contributor pages.
• Listing and link to sponsor’s website on the ISO website under your sponsored concert.
• Company listing prominently displayed on the program page of your sponsored concert.
• Recognition of your company from the stage/introduction at your sponsored concert.
• Listing in all communications (posters, rack cards, radio and newspaper advertising, direct mail and press releases) used to promote the sponsored concert.

$5000 – Encore Concert Sponsor – An Encore Sponsorship is a sponsorship generally shared by three entities.  Encore sponsors receive the amenities listed below:

• Receive all the amenities listed above, and
  • Opportunity to have an eight-foot table for display before the concert.  Requests to display large products such as cars, must be approved in advance.

$10,000 – DeMedici Leadership Group Concert Sponsor – A DeMedici Sponsorship is a Concert title sponsorship that includes the below listed amenities.

• Receive all the amenities listed above, and
  • Listing and write-up (paragraph) about your company on the DeMedici pages in 8,000 Imperial Symphony Orchestra program books used for the entire 2010-2011 five-concert Masterworks Concert Series.
  • Lobby signage identifying members of the DeMedici Leadership Group.

Additional amenities available include— DeMedici Concert Sponsors at $10,000 and above may choose any combination of three (3) items from the list below.  Encore Concert Sponsors at $5,000 to $9,999 may choose any combination of two (2) items from the list below.  Bravo Concert Sponsors at $3,000 to $4,999 may choose one (1) item from the list below.

_____  Ten vouchers that can be redeemed for complimentary tickets to any Masterworks Concert to use as giveaways for your employees, customers, clients, friends and family.

_____  Quarter page ad in the season program is one (1) item, half page ad is two (2) items and a full page ad is three (3) items.

_____  One reserved parking space, marked by signage for all five Masterworks Concerts.

A full Concert Sponsorship is $15,000. This is the minimum required for 100% title sponsorship of an ISO Concert.  The ISO must seek funding until each concert has a minimum of $15,000 in sponsorship.  Some concerts may require additional funding due to music rentals and guest artists.

“Pops by the Lake” at Lake Mirror Amphitheatre and Promenade Sponsorship at any level includes the opportunity to host your own private reception at the Lake Mirror Promenade on the evening of the event.  Any tenting, tables or catering is the responsibility of the sponsor hosting the reception.  A $250 deposit is required if alcohol will be consumed.
